The first round is random, after that this seems rather solid to me (i've tested like 4-5 times).

There is an element of randomness in this fight, due to the unpredictable moves of Bruce and especially Maws Jr.
But I have been trying this strat repeatedly, and it's never failed me. The timing of Blinding Poison is the most crucial element. It is to negate Chum's Megalodon attack. A good substitute for Fragment of Anger is Cursed Birman: Spirit Spikes, Prowl and Pounce in that order. Script thanks to dreamgarden |

This is a low success rate strat with much RNG. The only redeeming features are that it's fast and it uses mostly common pets. I used a BB blightbreath which has equal speed to the beast pets, but that only adds an extra layer of RNG. If you have a 2nd boneshard restart as soon as you miss 2 spikes in a row, it could save you some bandages.

I really struggled to get any of the other strategies to work so set about finding my own. As a general rule, what I've created has worked for me near enough every time.
There will inevitably be some RNG involved with the stun, darkness and crits etc. This meant sometimes my pets didn't die when I expected them to, particularly with them being undead. The middle bit of the fight seemed to be reasonably flexible in its ability to withstand enemy attacks. To make it succeed, the last prowl and subsequent spectral strike must hit. The speed return then allows an easy finish off. I've continued testing it and only lost one battle. The end of the Bruce fight and beginning of Maws Jr seems to draw the most changes so i've tried to list it as best I can but may require a little tweak during battle depending on your RNG.... Hopefully it'll help at least one person!! |

You may die too early if you're unlucky enough that Slicing Wind only gets single-hits for multiple rounds.

Due to the pets I chose to use and their abilities, the enemy pets are swapping in and out alot.
So just roll with the strategy as written below. Technically your pet in the 2nd slot could be any lvl 25 rare undead pet, so long as it has a ton of health. According to Rematch there are 13 undead pets in game that you can get as H/H breed, which my Blighthawk is. It was fun to constantly see the enemy pets swapping in and out. Sorry for any confusion that might cause. |

Finally I invented a new strategy that involves the Unborn Val'kyr, Son of Sethe and Bone Serpent. The Bone serpent replaces the blighthawke because it has stronger flying moves to take out the 2nd shark. Val'kyr + Son of Sethe work together on the 1st and 3rd sharks. Basically you use the Doom/Haunt combo to start, then use the Son of Sethe's crazy plague healing to live through the first encounter, then Bone Serpent pounds the 2nd shark to death with Bone Barrage/Lift-off/Nocturnal Strike. You try to keep Bone Barrage up after bone serpent is dead so it keeps hitting the 3rd shark (you want son of sethe to be the last man standing) By the time you get to the 3rd shark doom and animus are off cooldown so you can use the same strategy as for the first shark.

Bruce did not open with Bash. My blighthawk's first lift-off got bashed, however, so I just passed and tried again - the steps caught up with the guide at that point.
When my Val'kyr came out, I cast Siphon Life once and then just Shadow Slashed until Maws Jr. died. I died during my undead phase so if the fight had lasted longer this would not have worked, so YMMV. At least it worked though. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

You most likely used a certain breed in your strategy, but did not mention it here. You should definitely rework the strategy (and test it again, several times, with your own pets).
